Sharon has been an indoor cycling instructor with Upper West Side Cycling for over 5 years. Her indoor cycling mixes motivate and inspire her students to get in the zone and work hard. Sharon is also a Registered Dietitian with a specialty in sports nutrition, maternal and postpartum nutrition. Sharon currently work as a clinical dietitian at Mount Sinai West Hospital and is available to all members for nutrition counseling upon request.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The full amount for the session will be charged if you do not cancel in time. All sales are final. Non-transferable. Sessions valid for 6 months. No exceptions
