Our goal is to turn you into your own private trainer. Private trainers motivate their clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. They also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments that can also measure improvements in physical fitness.
Additionally, they educate in many other aspects of wellness, including general health and nutrition guidelines. this will help boost your confidence, self-esteem to improve your discipline and focus.
Meet Our Nutritionist:
Sharon started with us as an indoor cycling instructor. Since then Sharon received a Master of Science in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, Teachers College. She received her clinical training during her Dietetic Internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital where she is now employed as a registered dietician.
Sharon has a strong background in sports nutrition and has worked with both competitive and non-competitive athletes. She teaches and encourages her clients to fuel their bodies with real foods so they can successfully reach their fitness and wellness goals.
Sharon leads by example and following her own advice last year she trained for and completed her first triathlon!
